I had to go to the grocery store and Braeden volunteered to go with me. (!) I didn't even have to bribe him.
He carried the heavy bags. (That kid is working out pretty well.)
This was on the kitchen table when we got home:
I tell my children they cut bread like they're drunk. I don't know why it's so hard, but apparently it is.
At least they leave good notes.

I feel your children's pain. Ammon has decided to think that my lack of straight bread cutting is endearing. Which I'm thankful for. Because it's a bit out of hand and if he hated it I fear it could be really bad for our marriage. I think cutting bread straight must be a talent your are born with. You either have it or you don't, and no amount of practice can help you.
